Recently, the Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation received a generous gift of a commercial property valued at approximately $1.25 million. The benefactor donated the property to the Foundation via a beneficiary deed, and ownership transferred automatically upon their passing. This unrestricted gift enables hospital leadership to direct funds where they are needed most, from pediatric research to expanding access to care.
