Copper Lodging Check-In

The lodging check-in building is located on the right side of Copper Road as you drive into the resort. Please check in at the front desk to pick up your room key and parking pass. Your room will be ready by 4 p.m.

Copper Lodging Check-Out

Check-out is at 10 a.m. Depending on your schedule, you may need to check out prior to your ride or volunteer shift. To request late check-out, please call the front desk after 6 p.m. the night before your scheduled check-out. If that unit is not reserved for the next night, Copper will extend checkout to 12 p.m. at no charge. A 1 p.m. check-out is $30 and 2 p.m. checkout is $50.

Meals

Your rider registration includes daily breakfast, stocked aid stations every 8-20 miles, lunch on course on Saturday, and the Finish Line BBQ on Sunday. Learn more about additional dining options offered by Copper Mountain Resort.

Camping

We are not offering camping as a housing option this year. Please check out camping options in the town of Frisco.
